2017 Offline IPv4 Planner (Modern Version Planning in Progress)

This is an IP address tool for people learning IPv4 classless addressing in the form of an excel worksheet. This tool can also be used to plan IP addresses if you like. However, I have forgotten the password to the excel worksheet that I locked to prevent sabotage. At the end of my life as a student, I finally understood the concepts of the programming Variable to Value and the Excel's Sheet to Cell are the same thing. Sadly, months before I graduated. Meaning these files were never used to their fullest potential.
